ORDER NOT ARRIVED

Orders dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post should normally arrive on the next working today but can sometimes take a little longer. If your order has not arrived after a few days, please notify Customer Services who will check that there was no problem with dispatch, delivery address etc.

If the order has still not arrived after 7 days, please print out and complete the Royal Mail lost item claim form and then fax or post it to Customer Services. It is important to note that Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed. At this point, we will contact you to confirm that the item has still not been received, send a replacement by Recorded Delivery and submit a compensation claim to Royal Mail.

Should the original item arrive at a later date, it must be returned using the FreePost address on the delivery advice.
