If any items are found to be faulty, you should initially contact Customer Services to report the problem and you will be given an authorisation code to return the item for replacement. The item can then be returned using the Freepost sticker supplied with the delivery advice. In the case of consoles, the manufacturer's warranty will provide replacement or repair and each has their own process:
- Nintendo Wii or Ds

If an item is returned to us unopened / unused, and is not faulty or incorrect, we shall credit the purchaser's Game Connection account with the full amount which they paid for it, minus any postage cost. You will only be entitled to a refund to your credit/debit card if an item is sent out in error, not as described or faulty.
