CHARGING, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

All items are dispatched as soon as possible but as a general guide, all orders for in stock items received before 3.00pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. All orders for in stock items received after 3.00pm on weekdays or on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During very busy periods, particularly in the run up to Christmas, an extra day may be required to dispatch the order.

Once items are ready to dispatch, your card will be charged for those items and you will be notified by e-mail that the items have been sent. At this stage, should the authorisation of your card fail, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly. Authorisation can fail for a number of reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect card details or random fraud checks by the card issuer. Should this happen, please contact your card issuer for further information as we are not provided with any additional information.

Additionally, for security reasons, should the address you have provided not match the address held by your card issuer, we will be unable to fulfil the order. Your order will be cancelled and you will be notified by e-mail. The standard delivery methods that we use are as follows:

  • Consoles and High Value Accessories
    • Parcleforce 24 Hour Delivery

In addition, Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery are available as options on all game/ accessory purchases. These options can be added to your order during the checkout process.
