CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order that as not yet been dispatched in the 'My Account' section of our website or by contacting Customer Services at Game Connection. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return the item for a for a full credit to your Game Connection account as long as it has not been unsealed by simply using the FreePost label attached to the delivery advice. Please enclose the delivery advice and a brief note and upon receipt we will make a full credit to your account.
If you wish to change any item in an order for an item of the same value or lower, this can be done by contacting Customer Services. If the item you require is of a higher value you will need to cancel the existing order and place new one.
