Terms and Conditions

The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. We provide FREE 1st class delivery on all software and peripherals.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

If you want to cancel an outstanding order or a pre-order you can do so in the "order history" section of your account.

If you want to cancel an order you have received you can do so except if you unseal any computer software or video game. You have this right for 7 days, starting on the day after you receive the goods. You can cancel the contract by leaving notice of cancellation by emailing customerservice@gameconnection.co.uk. The notice is counted as given on the day that you send the e-mail.

After you have told us you want to cancel the order you must return the goods to us immediately, ideally by recorded or special delivery, and the goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Our address is Game Connection (UK) Limited, Suite 6, Egerton House, Tower Road, Birkenhead, CH41 1FN.

In order to qualify for the 50% buy back offer, the game must be returned by the date specified in the delivery advice.  The game must be returned in satisfactory condition which is defined as followed:

  • The original game disc must be free of scratches or other damage
  • The box must be un-damaged and include the original manual
  • The game must load and play as new

Having met these conditions, your account will then be credited with 50% of the original purchase price of the game and you will receive an e-mail to advise you accordingly.

Should the game not be received in satisfactory condition as defined above, it will be returned to you within 7 days together with a rejection report and your account will not be credited with the 50% buy back.

All orders for instock items, placed before 3.30pm, will be dispatched the same day.
